Allen & Heath AB168 Audio Rack Stage Box

The Allen & Heath GLD-AB168 is the an Audio Rack for the GLD / QU digital mixing systems.

AB168 provides 16 XLR inputs and 8 XLR outputs when connected to a GLD-80 or QU mixer. Connection is over Cat5/6 cable running Allen & Heath’s dSNAKE protocol, allowing the AB168 to be positioned up to 120m from the mixer. dSNAKE provides control to the remote preamp, and all mic preamps are scene recallable. For larger systems, a GLD-AR84 Expander Audio Rack can be connected to the AB168 to add a further 8 XLR inputs and 4 XLR outputs. AB168 also includes an Aviom compatible Monitor port.
