HDMI to Cat 5 Extenders are used to extend a HDMI signal further than that allowed by HDMI cable (Max 15m). Using a TX (sender) and RX (receiver) adaptor a standard Cat 5 data cable of up to 30m can be used to send the HDMI signal to remote areas.
