Low lying blankets of fog used for dream scenes in musicals, or mist over water & spooky or sea effects are achieved using the VK3000 ICE. This effect is best used where less movement of actors on stage is taking place as busy dance routines kick the fog up into the air thus destroying the effect. When used in a ballet or slow dance routine the effect is quite magical. The machine works on the principle of hot air rise and cold air sinks so a warm operating environment is essential for the effect to work.

The VK3000 ICE is a much improved version of the ICE 100. It produces low lying "heavy" smoke of a dry ice machine, without the inconvenience or the potential health hazards caused by dry ice's CO2. 4kg of ice cubes is ample for must productions & available from all supermarkets at approx £1 1kg bag.
